Robotics

Our services begin with a visit to your facilities, to gain insight into the item to be automated, to determine potential logistical challenges, and to analyze the environment for inclusion of potential suppliers. We are renowned for listening to our clients and offering them the optimal tool for their needs based on the available budget. We design, manufacture and deliver our own tools.


We also possess a broad experience in the development of omnidirectional movement platforms for carrying out tasks remotely. These types of solutions are ideal for operations in hazardous environments, maintenance and handling of chemicals, contaminants or explosives. Our platform is suitable for in nuclear power plants use, due to its resistance to high temperatures and pressures.


Remote control systems. Owned-design omnidirectional movements with servo-assisted wheels and independent suspension.
Our engineering and mathematical team develop their own algorithms and embedded systems for robot control with intelligent manipulators based on external sensory information of force, temperature and vision. We use a variety of intelligent control strategies with camera guidance and sensors mounted on the robot, as well as fixed cameras.
The tele-operation system can be carried out through a mobile terrestrial unit, or even a fixed one through the Internet and/or industrial networks.




Development of a Robotic Vehicle Parking System

During part of 2023, SOGi developed the conceptual engineering for an automated parking system at the request of the company D-Max. This consisted of an in-depth study of the different aspects involved in a project of this caliber, with the objective of developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This involved an analysis of time, cost, efficiency, strength of materials, etc.
